Song4You Studio provides customized, made-to-order songs (“Songs”) based on user-submitted details. These Songs are provided in digital formats and are tailored to your requests. We retain the right to modify, enhance, or refuse orders at our sole discretion.

3. User Submissions & License Grant

When you submit information, including lyrics, names, personal details, or other song request details, you represent that:

  • You have the right to share this information.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and create derivative works from your submissions for the sole purpose of creating and delivering your song.

4. Technology Use

While all songs are crafted with the utmost care and originality, we may incorporate technology-assisted composition techniques as part of our production process. This includes but is not limited to instrumental enhancements, vocal tuning, and AI-assisted music composition to improve quality. By using our service, you acknowledge that parts of your song may be computer-assisted, manually refined, or otherwise generated using a mix of human expertise and technology.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable once work on your order has started.
  • If you cancel your order before production begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus processing fees.
  • Refunds will not be granted due to subjective dissatisfaction. However, minor revisions may be available depending on the package purchased.
  • Payments are processed securely through Yaad & Sarig (Yaad Payments) and Max; we do not store your payment details.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All songs created by Song4You Studio, including the lyrics, melodies, and production elements, are our intellectual property. By purchasing a song, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal enjoyment, private events, and non-commercial purposes.

6.1 Commercial Use

  • If you wish to use a song for commercial purposes (such as YouTube monetization, advertisements, public performances, or distribution), you must request a commercial license at an additional cost.
  • Unauthorized commercial use of our songs is strictly prohibited.

7. Restrictions on Use

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or resell our songs without permission.
  • Claim authorship of a song created by us.
  • Use our services for illegal, defamatory, or abusive purposes.
  • Submit copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our services.

8. Revisions & Modifications

  • We may offer minor revisions at our discretion.
  • Revisions may be subject to additional fees.
  • Requests for extensive modifications beyond the scope of the original order may require a new purchase.

9. Content Rights & Marketing Use

We may use snippets, excerpts, or anonymized versions of songs we create for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media, unless you specifically opt out by emailing support@song4youstudio.com before production begins.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific results in song quality or lyrical content, as artistic interpretation varies.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate orders at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Orders that violate these Terms.
  • Users engaging in fraudulent, harassing, or abusive behavior.
  • Technical or security concerns affecting our services.

12. Privacy & Data Usage

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to our data collection practices as outlined there.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in Israeli courts.

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
